Welcome to the home of award winning film and webtv production helmed by writer/director/ producer, Yasmin Shiraz.

In 2008, after having run a successful entertainment magazine for six years and writing six books as well as traveling extensively throughout the US empowering and being inspired by young people, Yasmin Shiraz decided that she wanted to share the stories that inspired her with the world. So, she decided to launch Still Eye Rise Pictures and begin the journey as filmmaker.

Her first film, Can She Be Saved?–a documentary about teen girl fights was completed in August of 2009 and in less than a year, it’s garnered film awards, honorable mentions and official selections at over 10 film festivals–nationally and internationally.

This film only marks the beginning of what Yasmin Shiraz’s potential is on the film world. Her future is bright. Just watch and see.
